Hi!  I am located In Hood River, Oregon.  I am a Dready Mama working from home to provide a great product and excellent customer service.  My Tangled Knots was born in 2006, although I didn't know it at the time.  I dreaded my hair, something I had ALWAYS wanted to do, and then couldn't find a shampoo that fit my needs.  After using residue free shampoo, but still missing the "foaming" component of traditional shampoo, I found a way to have both!  I am happy to be able to share this neat product with other dreadlocked folks.  Even happier to say my product is being used by family and friends with a variety of different hair types, not just dreadlocks.  I want to provide the best product, so please notify me immediately if you are unsatisfied with a transaction in any way.

Our Enviromental Pledge

We strive to use re-cycled paper, packing supplies, and boxes whenever possible.  Please try to continue this cycle by reusing your box and packing materials.  Our shampoo is completely biodegradable and vegetable-based, so it's gentle on your scalp and mother earth.  

Damaged or Missing Orders

For any damaged shipment, please call us within one week of receipt, and we will gladly handle all of the claim paperwork and help you get a replacement if needed.  Please call us immediately at 541.354.1174

Order Changes

Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted up to one hour after your order has been placed.
